Slow Shutter Speeds create Blur ... So What !
I enjoy taking one photographic effect and reaching in to another. Take a lovely night time photograph, add a few lads hanging around doing nothing much and ask them to stand still for 30 seconds. This is the kind of result that you can expect ... what do you think ?
